About Returns

It is our hope that you will be very pleased with your purchased product(s), but in the eventuality that this is not the case, please read our Return and Refund Policy  for next steps.

Please note

  • We request that we be made aware of any damaged / defected products on SAME DAY as product is delivered, via the Returns Portal so that we may investigate the issue promptly.
  • Returns will not be accepted unless they are logged via the Returns Portal and approved by us.
  • Bespoke Service products are non-refundable or exchangeable.
  • We do not accept exchanges.
  • Please retain all original packaging, labels and tags, as all Returns need to be re-packaged in these.
