Pre Order Service

Our products can run out of stock due to their popularity, so Purple Flamingo are pleased to offer a Pre Order Service, whereby should a customer be interested in purchasing one of these products, they can Pre Order and we will then secure the next available product for them.

Such products will be displayed in our store with a 'Pre Order This Product' button.  

Should the customer wish to Pre-Order the item, they simply need to click the 'Pre-Order This Product'' button and pay via the usual method. 

Please Note: Should an Estimated or Confirmed Re-Stock Date not be specified on the Product page, or the Customer requires further information regarding when the Product will be available, the Customer may Contact Us, either prior or post purchase and we will happily assist.

Once the payment has been processed, status updates will be sent as normal via email notifications and the order status may also be obtained from the Customer Account / Orders page. 

Please note: 

• Once the Customer makes payment for the Pre Order product, the order cannot be cancelled or amended and delivery must be accepted by the customer.
• The timeline for Delivery for Pre Order items differ from Product to Product, some Products may already be on transit to the warehouse and so delivery could be within days, other Products may be in the Creation Stage and so may be a number of weeks before delivery can be made. In all cases however, the Customer will be kept updated.
• Should an indicative timeline for delivery be required prior to Pre Ordering, the customer can request this via Contact Us, prior to making payment. 
• Products that are In Stock and ready for immediate dispatch will not have the 'Pre Order This Product' button displayed.
