Purple Flamingo are pleased to offer Free Shipping to many UK locations, with the following exceptions:
- UK areas listed in below * list will incur a Shipping fee.
- If the Courier is unable to deliver to the Customer due to nobody being present to accept delivery the Customer will incur a 'Failed Delivery' surcharge, which can range from £20-£150 depending upon size/weight of product.
For smaller goods that can be delivered by Courier: Should the courier be unable to complete a delivery due to nobody being present at delivery address to accept the delivery, a calling card will be left the customer to contact them directly to arrange a re-delivery. The Customer must ensure they contact the courier promptly (within 2 days of receiving the card), otherwise the goods will be returned to us and the Customer will incur a "Failed Delivery' surcharge
For larger goods that require a Pallet Lorry delivery: The Delivery company will call the Customer to schedule an agreed date/slot for delivery. It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure someone is available to accept the delivery as agreed and at the scheduled date/slot (on the first attempt). Failure to do so, will result in the Customer incurring a 'Failed Delivery' Surcharge.
The Timeline for Shipping will be specified per product on the website.
Deliveries will be made to the Shipping Address provided by Customer at purchase. It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure someone is available to accept the delivery.
Deliveries will be fully trackable via:

- The tracking link provided within the Shipping Confirmation email sent to Customer.
- The Shop App: If the Customer has the Shop App enabled, they can also track their orders directly through this.
Deliveries of larger goods requiring a Pallet Lorry delivery will need to scheduled. In this instance the Courier will call the Customer to arrange a specific date for delivery.
For Orders containing more than 1 Product, please note the products may not be shipped together and may arrive separately on different days, depending upon the Shipping guideline specified in the Product Information. Each Product will have a Tracking Reference for Tracking purposes.
Important:
All products are packed securely to avoid any transit damage (should the product arrive damaged or defected in anyway, please ensure this is raised via our Returns Portal or the Customer Account /Orders page on the SAME DAY of delivery).
