About Our Customising Service

We understand our standard products may not be quite what our customers are looking for: perhaps the size of the product is not a good fit for their room, the finish or fabric may not reflect their personal taste or interior design, they require drawers instead of shelves or vice versa, so to meet our customer's needs completely we also offer a Customisable Service.

Our Customise Option allows our customers to tailor a large selection of our Products to meet their personal requirements and style preference.  This customisation can encompass various aspects, including: changing dimensions, materials, finishes, and design elements.

To assist with this, we have a selection of materials, fabrics and finishes from which to choose from, please refer to our swatch folders. To help further with the decision making, we can send physical samples of these to you (up to a maximum of 3 swatches at a time and dependent upon availability of the sample). 

To start the process Customers may Contact Us via our Contact Form , to informally chat over ideas, raise any questions, etc.  We are a friendly bunch and we are happy to chat this over for as long as required, there will be no obligation to proceed or purchase anything.

Should the Customer wish to proceed further we will collate the specific requirements and obtain a total cost and indicative timeline for the customisation. This will be emailed to the Customer with the detailed requirements for them to consider in their own time.  

Again, there will be NO OBLIGATION for the customer to proceed, but should they wish to, a payment link will be included in the email for there ease. Only once payment has been made, is the contract between Purple Flamingo and the customer for the Customised build is binding, the order will be placed based upon the requirements specified. 

Once the build is completed, a photo(s) of the Customised Product will be emailed to the Customer prior to it being dispatched.

    Please Note: 

    • Customised Service products are non-refundable. 
    • Once the Customised Service product Invoice has been paid, we do not accept requests for cancellation, refund, altercation or replacement of the bespoke product at any cost.
    • Delivery Timelines are generally 8-16 weeks (depending upon the complexity of the customisation), but this will advised once requirements are known.
